This was our first broadcast from the RX van that was this far! It was an ambitious plan on our part, so everyone was stoked to do this. It was just so much fun. After maybe an hour from lift off, the balloons would already disappear from the skies, and would land somewhere else. At night though, all 28 balloons would be parked back at the airfield but lit up with lights for everyone to enjoy. But even though the balloons are gone, there are other exhibitions to enjoy every now and then . You’ll just see men parachuting from the sky in groups and it’s a thrill to see them do their tricks. There are also plane formations, kite demonstrations, and other stuff involving flying. The three of us were like little kids! We were running around the field so excited to see the balloons. Especially me, since I was excited to take photos. Ginoboi hated that he was the one manning the board, since from where he was seated, he didn’t have a good view of the field. I really hope we’d get the chance to be here again next year! Thank you Caltex!
