Thank you to Palladium Boots! Check out this cool new brand that you can partner with in exploring the urban terrain. And as we all know, exploring is active and requires product function as well as fashion. We don’t just explore in forests and mountain tops, we explore the urban cities of the world.
Just like Palladium’s celebrity endorser, Pharell, who explored the urban environment of Tokyo. They filmed a documentary following him around in the Japanese capital, and you can check out the video over at www.palladiumboots.com.

Omigosh, I really don’t know what to say. This video really got me all wistful. It’s touching on so many levels. There’s the fact that he’s been listening for so long after all these years, through the good and the bad, and the fact that he went through so much trouble traveling from so far for a few seconds with us, to have his book signed. For us, we meet everyone for a few seconds, but for some of our guests, that brief moment was long in the making. Thanks Amherst Ureign, your gift to us is WAY more precious than what you say we gave you. We may never know what people have done to support us, but we’d like to thank you guys nevertheless. You guys know how to turn us into puddles of mush. *sniff*
This is the photo that Summit Entertainment tried to get a TRO for but failed! Now this picture has gone viral and is spreading like wildfire! Apparently, there was a BANNED alternative ending to Twilight where Bella actually ends up with JACOB! And this proof that studio bosses thought was lost forever and safely hidden in some undisclosed location, has now resurfaced to the chagrin of Stephanie Meyer and the studio bigwigs! Que Horror!!!

We’re so excited! After our final book signing later at NBS MOA, we’ll stay on for the PyroMusical Competition! Based on the chart above, I guess we’ll be watching Finland and Portland. I’ll be bringing my camera so I don’t have to wait until New Year 2013 for me next fireworks shots. And if we enjoy it, we might just do another weekend so I can take more pictures! Excited much! Epic putukan!
In case you’re into cake decorating, go check this out! We’ll be hosting the whole-day event so we hope to see you there! We’ll also get to try our hand at cake decorating ourselves with the master, Chef Dien Tien! Also, you might want to check out the competition among the 10 schools vying for the championship this year! They won’t be told the theme or the shape of the cake they’ll be decorating, until an hour before the decorating starts. So in case you’re going, we’ll see you at SMX Convention Center tomorrow!
Omigish, I’m so excited about my new toy! Ginoboi is to be thanked/blamed for this new purchase. It’s perfect because we might be swimming with whale sharks when we take our annual long vacation next month. I’m going to take pictures, but I want to try taking videos for a change too! I’m really more of a photos guy, but I want to learn how to edit videos on iMovie and the whale sharks might be the best bet for my first try. Besides, it would be nice to take video as well of the trips we take. Who knows, I might have a future in videography. I got the GoPro HD Hero 2, the surf edition, but I still need to purchase a head strap, so that I could take pictures and at the same time, capture videos as well. Oh wow, i’m so excited to get in the water! And hopefully I can debut my first underwater video by next month!

Summit Books reprints The Best of Chico and Delamar’s The Morning Rush Top 10

“Just last month, The Best of Chico and Delamar’s The Morning Rush Top 10, a collection of over 100 of the popular RX 93.1 program’s craziest, naughtiest, and funniest Top 10 lists, snagged the second spot on National Book Store’s local bestseller lineup. This month, the compilation earns another coup as Summit Books orders a reprint to meet rising reader clamor nationwide!
“We’re thrilled that the show’s fans have been very supportive of the book, with readers even from all the way abroad getting their own copies,” Summit Books publisher Christine Ko says. “The demand for the book makes it clear that Chico and Delamar’s humor has a universal appeal among Pinoys.”
Summit Books has printed 15,000 more copies of The Best of Chico and Delamar’s The Morning Rush Top 10, in addition to the initial print run of 40,000. This brings the total print run up to 55,000 copies.
Summit Books released the bestselling compilation in December of last year to coincide with the 15th anniversary of The Morning Rush with Chico & Delamar, one of the longest-running FM radio shows in the country and a Best Comedy Program awardee at the 19th KBP Golden Dove Awards. Barely a month after its launch, the compilation rose to number two on both the National Book Store and Powerbooks local book charts.
