National Unfriend Day 2011

It’s time to unfriend people on your Facebook!

Technically, November 17 in the U.S. in November 18 here in the Philippines! So it’s safe to say that TODAY is National Unfriend Day since “National” refers to the U.S., so we’re nakiki-salimpuzza lang. So I computed my points and I accumulated a total of 38 points! I’m most guilty of posting pictures of food, pets, and sunsets. I’m pretty sure I’ve used “amazeballs” at least once, but I’m sure it’s on Twitter, so that doesn’t count. So go, unfriend away!

Another goosebumps-inducing teaser. I would cream my shorts if Michelle Yeoh can actually get herself nominated for this role! With Luc Besson in the director’s seat (The Professional, The Fifth Element), she just might clinch it. Plus, she’s a dead ringer for Aung San Suu Kyi! I wonder who would play Cory Aquino if an A-list director made a major studio production of her bio?

Albert Nobbs

Another long-deserving of an award actress, Glenn Close has been nominated 5 times, but no wins. The academy loves these gender-bending roles, plus she’s due.

Hermione Versus Bella
