I’m sorry it’s all news bits for the last couple of days, but it’s 2am as I write this, straight from Tagaytay, but I couldn’t put off telling everyone the good news: RX just won 5 Golden Dove Awards! Including of course…ehem, ehem, Chico Garcia for Best Radio Variety Show Host for The Morning Rush, and Delamar for Best Radio Music Jock. The other awards were: Best Radio Comedy Program for Countdown Top 7, Best Talk Show for Heard On Thursdays, and Best Radio Special for Year-end Countdown 2007.
Wow, it’s a big year for RX, awards-wise, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll post pictures from that night, and photos of our actual awards, but I have to get some sleep because I have to wake up in 2 hours to go to Zambales for a photo trip. Wow, I’m hardly getting any sleep tonight, since I still have to pack my clothes and my gear, but it’s all worth it, it was a special night sweeping the awards like that.
I’ll tell you about the weird stuff that happened, all the gory details when I get back. Plus, give me time to take pics of the trophies. Hehehe…again, congrats to us, to Monster Radio RX 93.1 for winning 5 Golden Dove Awards!!! Thank you again to the KBP and we share all these awards with all you guys who patronize our shows and contribute (especially for us in the Morning Rush) to the success of the shows. And that’s the honest truth! (No bull droppings!)
