Since I wasn’t able to do a proper teaser complete with a beach pic, I thought I’d post one now. Ok fine, it’s just an excuse because I haven’t been able to sift through my photos AT ALL! In the 3 days since I got back, I’ve been busier than a hooker on a prison house call. We had to do make up classes for our St. Paul students, we had to attend meetings, I had to attend a make up class for that one Photoshop class I missed the last time, we had an interview with Manila Bulletin for their weekend series, we have to attend the Golden Dove Awards tomorrow, where we’re both nominated and also presenting an award (and it’ll be held in Tagaytay!), and to cap it all off, I’m off again on Saturday for a weekend photoshoot in Zambales! Whew! (Don’t worry Delle will have her turn) So as you can see, I barely had time to catch my breath since I got back. And this Christmas season is probably our busiest in terms of hostings for events and weddings! No complaints there, it’s a blessing to have this much work.
So here is the one photo I was able to scrounge up, it’s an inviting shot of White Beach in Moalboal. I tell you, it’s another paradise on earth. We were just talking about how lucky we are to have been born in a country with so much natural wonders. The Europeans we encounter always tell us how fortunate we are to be a short plane ride away from so many beaches. They have to suffer through almost 20 hours of travel by plane from halfway around the world just to escape their harsh winters. So just when we’re up to our necks in frustration with traffic and gas prices and rotten politics…it’s nice to see the friendlier face of our country. It’s nice to be reminded every now and then that we live in a beautiful country.
